Most emails get answered within a few hours during business days. Phone calls returned same day. Weekends might wait until Monday morning.

We set aside blocks for in-depth discussions. These run 45 to 90 minutes depending on what you need. Book at least a week ahead if you can.

Someone from our team reviews it and responds within one business day. If you've asked something that needs a longer conversation, we'll suggest scheduling a call or meeting instead of going back and forth over email.

Do I need to prepare anything before contacting you?

Not really. If you have specific questions about your current investments, having account statements handy helps, but it's not required for initial contact. We can figure out what we need as we talk.

Can I visit your office without an appointment?

You can, but we might be tied up with other clients. A quick phone call beforehand saves you a wasted trip. We're happy to meet in person when both schedules align.

What if I'm not in Saskatoon?

Most of our work happens remotely anyway. Video calls, screen sharing, secure document exchange—distance doesn't limit what we can do together. We serve clients across Canada.

How quickly can we start working together?

That depends on your situation and our current client load. Simple monitoring setups might start within a week. More complex portfolio reviews could take two to three weeks to schedule properly. We'd rather do it right than rush things.
